There are winds of magnitude 5 to 7 in some areas in northwest Inner Mongolia and northern Qinghai. There will be light rain in parts of southern Hunan, southern Jiangxi, most of Fujian, central and southern Sichuan Basin, western Chongqing, and most of South China, Taiwan Island and other areas.
