Pu Cunxin, chairman of the Chinese Dramatists Association and famous drama performing artist, was interviewed by reporters. He talked about Chinese classics and foreign masterpieces, and from past drama performances to future drama education.
"Drama allows China to see the world and the world to see China," he said. He also emphasized that the art of drama can never be replaced by other forms of art, such as digital technology or real-life architecture. "Every profession must maintain the importance of basic skills," he added.
