Malik Aqar is a Sudanese politician born in 1952 in Blue Nile State. He was a leader of the Sudan People's Liberation Movement (SPLM), and was appointed in 2023 as Vice President of the Sovereignty Council in Sudan.

He is one of the well-known rebel leaders in Sudan, who joined the transitional government formed after the overthrow of the regime of President Omar al-Bashir in April 2019. After the Naivasha Agreement, he served as governor of Blue Nile state in April 2010.
