The search for the six people still missing off the coast of Hokkaido has resumed. The search was suspended during the winter, but resumed on the 6th.

The six people are believed to have been on board the boat when it sank in April 2013. The boat was carrying 26 passengers and crew, but only one is still unaccounted for. The Coast Guard and police are searching the area for the missing people, using helicopters and boats to look for clues to the whereabouts of the rest of the passengers.
