The Oslo Accords relieved the occupation of the obligation to manage the affairs of the occupied people "administratively, economically, socially and security" and threw all this on the shoulders of the Palestinian Authority, which is devoid of sovereignty and power. A number of profound transformations emerged in the Palestinian society after Oslo, affecting its various aspects, and bringing about a change in its composition, performance and political, economic, social and militant behavior.
