Number of new coronavirus infections increasing, large number of hospitalized patients. Hospitals are wary of the spread of infection.
Nihon University School of Medicine Itabashi Hospital has set up an inpatient area in the inpatient ward exclusively for patients with the new coronvirus. As of February 1st, 5 people are in the seriously ill bed and 9 people are said to be hospitalized. The hospital is concerned that the infection will spread further and the number of patients will increase in the future.
