The vote counting company Dominion has sued media giant Fox News for the equivalent of SEK 16.5 billion. The company claims that Fox News deliberately spread conspiracy theories that the vote count was not done correctly.
The trial starts on Tuesday and is expected to last five weeks. "Now it's up to the jury to prove whether Fox News knew, or should have known, that the information was false," lawyer Roy Gutterman told SVT.
