"Spy/Master" is set in Cold War Romania and is about Viktor who works for the dictator Ceausescu but is also a spy for the Russian KGB. "Nolly" is based on a true story about something as specific as actor Noele Gordon who, after lots of successful seasons as the lead actor in the British soap Crossroads, suddenly loses his job.
"The Deuce" is created by the director behind The Wire and depicts a flourishing industry during the 70s and 80s.
