Driver apparently accidentally stepped on the gas, then his Tesla ended up in the icy Oslo harbor basin. Two people were able to escape from their car, which had fallen into the water, into a floating sauna in the Oslo fjord on Thursday.
Floating saunas are an integral part of the harbor scene in Oslo and can be rented. There are permanently moored sweat chambers and mobile versions in which the sauna session can be combined with sightseeing. The fire department got the car out of the Harbor basin using a crane.
