The “Voix d’Afriques” literary prize, created by RFI and JC Lattès editions in partnership with the Cité Internationale des arts in Paris, rewards Nincemon Fallé, young author. The 22-year-old winner has been writing since adolescence, but a perfectionist, he preferred to wait until his manuscript was to live up to its ambitions.
