NHK National Tanka Contest 3 Grand Prize Winners selected from over 20,000 poems from ages 4 to 100. This competition, which is now in its 25th year, is held every year by NHK and NHK Gakuen.
The event will be broadcast on E-Tele from 2pm on the 27th of next month. The song by Mutsumi Koyama (77) is about finding yourself while swimming in the water with breaststroke. It is a poem about the feeling of swimming.
