A man was run over by a freight train in Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz, Bavaria. The police have arrested three men in connection with the incident.
An autopsy has been carried out, the results are still pending. Police are investigating whether an argument almost three hours before the fatal incident was related to the train incident. The railway line has been reopened since the early hours of the morning. A police helicopter, a support squad from Nuremberg as well as forces from the Middle Franconian Police Headquarters and the riot police were involved.
