Narita Airport opens a dedicated website to promote jobs in order to secure human resources. Demand for international flights has rapidly recovered after the coronavirus pandemic, but due to a lack of manpower, some requests for new flights or increased flights have not been accepted.
As the number of customers is expected to increase, it is estimated that approximately twice as many employees as currently will be required in the future. President Akihiko Tamura said, "We must not allow the problem of airport labor shortages to become a bottleneck for development"
