Nagano Prefectural Police Headquarters held a press conference in response to an incident in Nakano City, Nagano Prefecture. Four people were killed after a man locked himself up after firing a hunting rifle.
Chief Iwao Koyama said, "It is the height of remorse that two police officers were martyred" He also explained the details of the arrest charges: "The suspect has admitted to committing the crime, and we will refrain from going into details because it will interfere with future investigations"
