Nagano: Suspect arrested for attempted murder 3 years ago moved to Sendai apartment complex since last year. Suspect Kane Nariyuki (55), a leader of the designated organized crime group Kizunai, stabbed a 51-year-old man in the armpit with a pistol.
Police had been investigating the whereabouts of the suspect for more than three years with wanted people all over the country. Recently, an anonymous tip was received stating that a person resembling the suspect had been seen in Sendai.
