A woman sued Mrkoll because it said she had been charged when searching for her name. The Supreme Court decided that the case should be tried in a higher court.

But there will be no trial – the parties have been reconciled and the woman is no longer searchable. The Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection has received 35 complaints from people who want to, but have not been removed from the site. Over 30 complaints have been made to the Swedish Attorney General's Office, which is investigating.
