Three young people aged 15, 16 and 17 attacked and injured two homeless people in Moers on the Lower Rhine. One of the victims, a 58-year-old man, died in hospital a good week after the crime.
Police are investigating whether injuries from the attack caused the man's death. An arrest warrant was issued for common grievous bodily harm against the alleged main perpetrator, a 15- year-old. A witness saw the video on a work colleague's cell phone and called the police.
