Hubei Province will experience cold wave strong winds and widespread low-temperature rain, snow, and freezing weather from February 19 to 25. Many primary and secondary schools and some colleges and universities in the province have announced postponement of the opening of classes.
Hubei Provincial Meteorological Bureau: It is expected that from the 20th to the 24th, the province will gradually change from rain to freezing rain, ice pellets, and pure snow from north to south. The risk of disaster is high, with the combination of returning from the Spring Festival and the start of school in spring.
