[HIGHLIGHTS] LINE Yahoo reports recurrence prevention measures to Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications over information leak issue

LINE Yahoo reported on the 1st to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications on measures to prevent recurrence, and the cause of the leak. The outsourcing of security operations to South Korean IT company Naver, which caused the leak due to a cyber attack, will be resolved by the end of September this year.

The company also plans to formulate a plan to review the outsourcing by June this year, and announced a policy to end or reduce the outsourcing of service development and the use of Naver's system.
