Large-scale DSS has occurred over a wide area of China, and in the capital city of Beijing, the city is yellow and hazy due to the sand that has flown in, affecting the lives of citizens. China's meteorological authorities say "massive DSS outbreak" has occurred due to strong winds caused by cold weather.

DSS is expected to spread to the northeastern part of China and the Korean Peninsula by the evening of the 11th, and around noon on the 12th, in Tohoku and Hokkaido. The Japan Meteorological Agency is calling for attention to the impact on traffic.
