The body of a 17-year-old high school boy was found at Lake Hamana in Kosai City, Shizuoka Prefecture. The body had multiple bruises that looked like he had been beaten.
Police believe that the bruise may have been caused when he was assaulted by the suspects, who were arrested on suspicion of assault, and are investigating the details of how it happened. Police accused Oto Horiuchi (21), an unemployed man from Hamamatsu City, of assaulting Ms. Saito and confining her in a car.
