Labor union proposes “increase in the number of air traffic controllers” to create new work in response to Haneda accident. In response to the collision between planes that occurred at Haneda Airport, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has appointed a new person in charge of air Traffic Control.

The labor union is calling for an opportunity for the union to express its opinions at a review committee of experts to discuss accident countermeasures, and for post-accident mental care to be provided to employees across the country.
