Police are investigating his whereabouts as a case of personal injury. The man who ran away was described as being approximately 30 years old, approximately 170 cm tall, with a medium build, wearing a white long-sleeved jacket, and carrying a black backpack. The site is located approximately 500 meters north of JR Minami-K Kumamoto Station, in an area lined with apartments and stores.
