Luise, 12, was stabbed to death in March 2023 in Freudenberg, North Rhine-Westphalia. Her parents are suing for compensation and survivors' claims.
The plaintiffs are Luise's parents and another relative. They are also demanding compensation for any future material and immaterial damage from the two underage girls who are considered suspects. One of the defendant girls requested that the lawsuit be dismissed in the written preliminary proceedings. She did not deny that she and the other girl were involved in killing Luise.
