A car caught fire during a carnival parade in Kehl, Baden-Württemberg. Five people are said to have been injured in the fire and the jump from the trailer, at least one seriously.
According to the police, a unit on the dismantled trailer probably deflagrated shortly after 3 p.m. on Sunday for reasons that are still unclear. This caused the vehicle to catch fire, the police said. The amount of property damage caused is still unclear, they said.
