Kawazu cherry blossoms and rape blossoms are in full bloom at the flower festival held in Minamiizu Town, Shizuoka Prefecture. The main venue is a row of cherry blossom trees along the Aono River that flows through the center of the town and a rapeseed field made of 3 hectares of fallow rice field.
The Minami Cherry Blossom and Nanohana Festival will be held until the 10th of next month and is open to the public.
