Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced his readiness to surrender the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. According to the Armenian leader, he is ready to recognize this territory as part of Azerbaijan, but if there are two conditions.

Azerbaijan's refusal of territorial claims against Armenia, as well as the protection of the rights of the Armenian residents of Karabakh, are among the conditions. Many in Armenia and Russia regarded this statement as a betrayal. However, the actions of Prime Minister Pashinianan are quite logical and pragmatic.
