The Commercial Judge number 3 of Madrid has forced the descendants of the musician José Torregrosa to return 100% of the income received as rights of 37 songs. The judge concludes that "the only author of the works is Paco de Lucía and that none of them can be considered a derivative work" The judge also declares that José Tor Regrosa Alcaraz violated the moral right of the master author by attributing the co-authorship of the previous works, and, consequently, condemned the defendant to pay the plaintiff, as compensation for moral damage, the amount of ten thousand euros.
