There are 6~7 level winds in parts of the southern Xinjiang basin, northern Gansu, Inner Mongolia, central and southern northeast China, Shandong Peninsula, Jiangsu and Zhejiang coasts. The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue warning for heavy rain on May 3.
