A Ground Self-Defense Force helicopter disappeared near Miyako Island in Okinawa Prefecture, and searches have been ongoing around the site area for 22 days. So far, the Self-defense Forces have found a part of a damaged aircraft believed to be a fuselage part on the seabed at a depth of 6 meters, and six people thought to be members of the SDF were pulled up and confirmed dead.
The Self- defense forces are rushing to retrieve one person believed to. be a member of SDF found on theSeabed and search for four people whose whereabouts are unknown.
