The Miraj 532 is an all-Iranian-made drone unveiled by the IRGC in April 2023. It is a piston-engined suicide drone that takes off from a base mounted on the roof of a pickup truck.
The new model of Miraj drones hits wanted targets "with high accuracy" through its 50-kilogram warhead. The IRGC was inspired by the American Aerosonde reverse engineered the first version of the Miraj drone, and has worked over the past years to develop and unveil modern models.
