[HIGHLIGHTS] Interviewed newcomers believe that colleges and universities should strengthen career planning and social skills training

Survey of 1334,57 newcomers in the workplace conducted by the Social Survey Center of China Youth Daily (wenjuan.com) 9.71% of the interviewed newcomers felt that what they learned in school did not match the actual work needs. 41.6% of newcomers feel that there is a cognitive bias in society and cannot integrate well.

27.9% of people are psychologically and economically difficult to be independent in a short period of time. 50.1% of new employees find it difficult to establish a new social circle.
