International Justice continues its sessions on the legal consequences of the Israeli occupation of Palestine. With the exception of the American delegation's plea, almost all other countries demanded that the court declare the occupation illegal and grant the Palestinian people the right to self-determination.

Meanwhile, the representative of the Chinese delegation stressed that armed resistance to the occupation cannot be labeled as terrorism. The sessions of the International Court of Justice are taking place in The Hague, the Netherlands, until the end of the month, when they will resume in New York.
