Family of eight-year-old who drowned has filed a lawsuit. Aliyah disappeared Saturday around 4:50 p.m.
Her body was found in a 16-inch-wide pipe at a hotel pool. It took the Houston Fire Department and the rest of the team about 13 hours to recover the child's body. "They had to break up concrete to get her out, cut pipes, it was absolutely horrific," Richard Nava, the mother's lawyer, said at a news conference.
