Heavy snowfall and cold air will affect the central and eastern regions in western Tibet and other places. There will be local heavy or extremely heavy snowstorms in western and southern Ngari, southern Tibet, and southern Shigatse.
The cumulative snowfall will be 30 to 40 millimeters, and the local snowfall in high-altitude areas can reach up to 60 mm. The new snow depth will be 10 to 25 cm. The altitude is above 45 cm. There are winds of magnitude 4 to 6 in the southern Yellow Sea, central and southern part of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait and most of the South China Sea.
