Hainan will implement the national ninth batch of centralized drug price reductions of 58.65% on average. A total of 41 varieties have been implemented in this centralized purchase, which will save Hainan Province 20.11 million yuan in drug procurement.
The widespread application of these centralized and reduced-price drugs will bring benefits to more patients and reduce the burden on patients and the risk of poverty due to illness. Upon implementation, the average reduction in drugs exceeded 50%, and the average drug procurement completion rate exceeded 200%.
