Ground Self-Defense Force 1st Class Commander demoted to 1st grade for power harassment Ministry of Defense. One of his subordinates was said to have suffered from a mental illness.
The damage was discovered during a special defense inspection that has been conducted since a year ago in response to the issue of sexual violence against women by former Ground Self- defense Force personnel. The Ministry of defense said that the power harassment of the 1st class army colonel was a contributing factor, and he was demoted on the 15th.
