Graphic novel and audio book nominated for book fair prize. 15 nominees from 486 submissions: The jury for the Leipzig Book Fair Prize has announced its shortlist.
The fiction section includes well-known names such as Wolf Haas, newcomers and, for the first time, a graphic novel. Last year, Dinçer Güçyeter's debut novel “Our Germany Fairy Tale” won an award in the fiction category. It is endowed with a total of 60,000 euros and is awarded in three categories fiction, non-fiction/essay and translation.
