A man was riding a cargo bike with two children in Freiburg when a car crashed into the vehicle. The 46-year-old was on a footpath and cycle path and would have had the right of way.
The cargo bike was rammed in the rear right area and the man fell to the ground along with the five and eight year old children. A five- year-old child was taken to hospital with serious leg injuries and is in a critical condition. The police are now looking for possible witnesses.
