Four people arrested on suspicion of violating the Specified Commercial Transactions Law after offering construction contracts to disaster-stricken homes. Four people, including executives from a company in Kobe City, have been arrested for allegedly failing to provide a document stating the cancellation of the contract.
Police are not disclosing the identity of the four people as it would hinder the investigation, but they are investigating the possibility that others may have entered into similar contracts. The four suspects are Masago Usuki (26), who works in the remodeling business, Taiki Yokoi (43), and Yoshiji Furuhata (35)
