The church claims, ``There is a serious error in the Tokyo District Court's decision that civil law torts also fall under the ``violation of laws and regulations'' requirement for a dissolution order'' The first hearing regarding the right to question religious corporations will be moved to the Tokyo High court.
It will be interesting to see whether this will affect the hearing of the request for an order to disband the religious group, which is currently proceeding in the district court.
