First meeting of Tokyo metropolitan investigation committee to consider measures to prevent recurrence of poisoning deaths involving 4-year-old second daughter. In response to the incident in which a couple in Tokyo's Taito Ward were arrested for killing their 4- year-old daughter by ingesting harmful chemicals, the Tokyo metropolitan government set up an investigation committee.
