A 25-year-old woman is said to have planned an attack on the town hall in Fellbach in Baden-Württemberg. She apparently wanted to use bombs, modified firearms and stabbing weapons.
The public prosecutor's office said the woman had planned a killing spree "presumably out of anti-state and xenophobic motivations" The Stuttgart Regional Court will now decide whether to admit the charges and whether to open main proceedings in 2023. The woman is in custody.
