A 20-year-old is hit by a car in Wesseling near Cologne and dies. The driver flees and there has been no trace of the driver since then.

On the anniversary of the incident, the family of the dead man made an extraordinary appeal to the culprit, his entourage and possible accomplices. The family offered a reward of 10,000 euros for information leading to the perpetrator.
