In Erfurt, 55 pedigree dogs were taken away from a breeder. The Thuringian Higher Administrative Court has now confirmed this decision.
The court upheld the woman's claim on the grounds that there was no legally required written report for the removal. The animals, which, according to the court spokeswoman, were also so-called naked dogs, had been brought to animal shelters and foster homes.
