Educational service major will begin offering a service to resolve learning questions using generated AI from March. Benesse Corporation, a major educational services company, will introduce a service from late March aimed at elementary and junior high school students taking correspondence courses.

When using the service, parental consent is required in advance, and children are required to check the rules for use, such as not entering personal information themselves. Last July, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology published provisional guidelines regarding the use of generative AI.
