During the 2024 Spring Festival, vehicle and passenger traffic across the Qiongzhou Strait hit a record high. A total of 10,827 flights, 4.86 million passengers, and 1.15 million vehicle trips have been dispatched.
Compared with the same period during the Spring Festival in 2023, this is an increase of approximately 5%, 23%, and 12% respectively. The peak single-day traffic volume of passengers and vehicles occurred on February 15, with nearly 188,000 passengers and 39,000 vehicle trips.
