Couple in their 70s died at the entrance of their house while sitting in a wheelchair Niigata Nagaoka. According to the police, there were signs of fire in multiple rooms of the house, and the police believe that the two may have been unable to escape from the fire.
A helper who visited the couple around 3:30 p.m. on the 12th found them unresponsive, so they contacted their relatives and found them at the front door. There were no obvious injuries or burns on the two people.
