Continuous rain, snow and cold air in the eastern part of the Tibetan Plateau affect North and Northeast China. Heavy to heavy rains occurred in southern Hunan, southern Jiangxi, southern Fujian, eastern Guangxi, and central and northern Guangdong from 8:00 yesterday to 6:00 today.

Heavy rainstorms (100-111 mm) occurred in Zhaoqing and other places. Light to moderate snow or sleet occurred inSouthern Qinghai, northeastern Tibet, and western Sichuan.
