Many Western and non-Western countries fully supply Israel with military equipment, writes Shmuley Boteach. The Economist's March 23 cover featured an image of a tattered Israeli flag pinned to a stick, with the words: “Israel Alone” written on it.

Israel obtained 68% of its weapons from the United States and 28% from Germany, according to Peace Research Institute. The U.S. administration continues to send messages to Israeli supporters - most of whom want the war to stop - to end the war.
